This system is complete and is ready to measure with exporting of measured features to CAD. CMM Manager Standard configuration allows direct export of measured features in IGES, DXF, and Nikon Focus Feature formats. CMM Manager Standard allows direct CAD importing of IGES, STEP, and DXF formats for automatic extraction of nominal data during measurement and reporting. Other CAD import file formats (Catia, IDEAS,Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, etc.) are supported with optional additional import modules. Software includes True Drag and Drop 2D and 3D Graphical Reporting package in addition to standard text/numerical data output. Includes ability to print or store reports in multiple file formats including direct to MS Excel, Word, Notepad, HTML, CSV (Comma Separated Values), Datapage, Datapage+, or RTP (notepad style low ink consumption for printing). DMIS Program Runtime Engine is included which can make use of existing CMM programs like GeoPak, GeoMeasure. CMM manager can be transferred to many other systems including a DCC/CNC CMM if you upgrade CMM in future with required driver purchase. CMM Programmer(s) and Operators Need Apply!
Local Dimensional Inspection Laboratory and Specialized CMM Service Company is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join our staff. This person must be able to thrive and multi-task in the fast paced environment of a growing company and be a true team player! We are looking for a CMM Programmer/Operator with GD&T knowledge. The position includes but is not limited to the ability to create and verify new CMM programs. Maintain the CMM program database. Communicate with customers. Perform incoming inspection of parts using the CMM and other metrology equipment. Certify 3rd party using the CMM and other metrology equipment. A technical and mechanical background would be most beneficial. Experience running either Modus, CMM Manager, VirtualDMIS or PCDMIS is a must. Must also have the ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Apps and a Web based email. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prefer vocational/technical school training.
